TITLE 1 TRANSFERS
As an FFL dealer, AZMGO is licensed to handle your FFL Title 1 transfers. This will be done at our discretion. In order to transfer a Title 1 item to us, we must first be notified of your transfer and approval granted for transfer prior to your purchase. In addition, we require a CCW for Title 1 transfers. Transfer Fees are $50 per item.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $100 inconvenience Fee as well as all inquired shipping costs to return the item or have it sent to another dealer for transfer. All approved transfers must be picked up in 48hrs (unless previously discussed) from the time we notify you that your item is ready for pickup.
Failing to comply with these requirements will result in the item(s) becoming property of Arizona Machine Gun Ordnance LLC.
